We purchased our new home and had a problem with our engineered hardwood flooring coming loose in places. We had trouble getting the company that originally installed our flooring to come back out and repair it so, I contacted Mark Elkin @ St Chateau Flooring. Mark got right on the matter and had Ray, their service technician, come out to our house the next day. The problem turned out to be bigger than anticipated, and after a couple of trips to get more supplies, Ray had the job completed the same day. Great service from both Mark & Ray and fairly priced. We highly recommend St. Chateau Flooring. We worked with Jim, who was absolutely wonderful helping us find an engineered wood flooring that met all of our needs and within our budget. We are in the middle of home renovations and it has been overwhelming, BUT Jim took the pressure off of us, answering any and all questions, helping us find the right floor FOR US. You aren't just another contract, you are getting hands on service start to finish that tailored to you. The floor crew was so very hard working, just as polite as can be, took such care with our home, and worked quickly while not cutting corners, doing the job right the first time. They did an amazing job, we loved the experience, we absolutely love the floors, and we loved the service. Have to brag on Jim Cox a little more, he is just the sweetest person and really cares about his customers. And the showroom is very nice, which made us feel very confident in going forward with this company, says a lot when they have invested the time and money into their own showroom. We plan to use them again soon for a kitchen back-splash. And we will be recommending them to others! (photos of before and after, the after photos are before our baseboards have been painted)
